Controlling Crime was listed as the top priority for our community in 2016 in a poll of Columbia CEO’s.
Of those responding to the survey:
5.4% believed crime was only somewhat or not important;
14.8% answered controlling crime was important;
31.5% indicated crime was a very important priority.
48.3 % answered that controlling crime was extremely important
Controlling crime was the top issue cited, more than growth, jobs, infrastructure and collaboration with elected officials.
